As an Artist/Vendor, what should I bring?
All artists must have a 10 x 10 tent with stakes and/or a minimum of 40 lb weights for each pole. Artists bring tables and chairs.
Can I bring a few pieces of a friend’s work to sell in my tent?
No, only the work of the person on the application may be at the event.
Is there electricity?
There is no electricity for this daytime event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Artists may cancel their participation by written notice (email) no later than four weeks (30) days before the day of the event to receive booth refund minus $50 administration fee. Detroit license fee is non refundable. For detailed info, please review Terms & Conditions that was signed upon applying.
When can we load in?
Artist load in is the morning of the event. Detailed load in instructions, along with the map and vendor parking info are sent well before the event.
Is this event outside?
Yes and please prepare accordingly. The show goes on rain or (hopefully!) shine.
Is there WiFi?
Unfortunately, no. These historic spaces have their immense charm but have not been outfitted with certain modern capabilities like WiFi.
Are there any other conditions as part of my acceptance and participation in FrankenFest?
The producers go to painstaking lengths to ensure the best environment for our artist vendors. We do our very best to make this a smooth and prosperous event for all. Please review the Terms & Conditions that participants agreed to upon applying.
